Evacuation diagrams produced for short-term rental accommodation. All plans are provided in PDF format. You’ll receive individual plans for each bedroom as well as one for the entrance. For example, a four bedroom home will receive 5 x evacuation diagrams (one for each bedroom as well as one for the entrance to the property). Please note, all plans are slightly different as they must be orientated in the direction of egress showing closest exits.
This product is competitively priced at $350 + gst regardless of the number of bedrooms required.
Upon purchase you’ll receive an email requesting a copy of the floorplan OR hand drawn mud map. If your property is within a strata complex, please also indicate on the floorplan where your fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located.
