EVACUATION DIAGRAMS FOR STRA AND AIRBNB PROPERTIES
NSW legislation now requires hosts to provide evacuation diagrams within their short-term rental accommodation. These diagrams must comply with section 4.2 of the Fire Safety Standard and must be placed at the entrance to the property as well as in every bedroom.
You must also have interconnected smoke alarms please refer to the fire safety standards.

Once you have processed your payment you will receive a confirmation email asking you to email us with an existing floorplan OR roughly sketch the floorplan by hand.
If the property is part of a strata building you will need to specify where the fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located
