Emergency Information Booklet to meet NSW STRA Legislation

Emergency Information Booklet to meet NSW STRA Legislation

CUSTOMISED EMERGENCY INFORMATION BOOK FOR STRA AND AIRBNBs

PEACE OF MIND FOR $59 + GST

NSW legislation requires STRA hosts, to provide an emergency information booklet to assist visitors who may be less familiar with the property and the local area. By identifying hazards specific to the location of the property, providing relevant information sources and emergency contact details, guests will be equipped with the knowledge of what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency. Failure to provide such a booklet will mean that hosts are no longer able to advertise on booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz.

Short Term Rental Solutions were very easy and professional to deal with. The Emergency Booklet is comprehensive and tailored to my address and circumstances. I love that I can leave both a hard copy in the rental and attach a soft copy to guest correspondence. My guests have also commented favourably on the detailed information provided to them. I feel this product offers great value for money and can highly recommend the booklet to other hosts/rentals. Thank you Kiran for your excellent work!
— Jenni - Airbnb Host - Moorland
“This is an excellent guide! I’ve printed the beach safety info to laminate & hang in the garage next to the beach equipment, and I’ll be purchasing a battery-operated radio to keep in the cupboard in case of an emergency. I’ll also be installing some of the emergency apps on my phone.”
— Airbnb Host - Benny's on The Bay
